The Winter Solstice is our shortest day of the year and calls us in to relax and rest as we move through the deepest and darkest part of of the winter season. In our workshop we will be following Holly's guided meditations for deep rest and relaxation and taking part in sensory forest bathing (Shrinrin-yoku) practices to immerse ourselves fully in nature. There will be a guide book provided for some reflective journaling, promoting our personal healing and nature inspiration.
We will also have a tea ceremony to keep us warm from the inside out whilst we spend the morning in the crisp winter air, finished with a homemade sweet treat!
The workshop will be 2.5-3 hours depending on the size/pace of the group.
